Deepesh Pandit

Mr. Pandit is a California Licensed Attorney and Higher Rights Advocate and Solicitor from London, England. Having completed his undergraduate law degree and attended law school in London, he qualified as a solicitor in 2002.

His expertise falls squarely within the purview of criminal defense work, but his experiences also included training and practice in immigration and family law, to the extent they overlapped his criminal cases.

As a Solicitor, his work would include all aspects of criminal defense, which involved working with clients from the very outset of the investigation and often representing them during police interrogation all the way through to trial and appeal. He has conducted over 70 trials, often obtaining favorable results for my clients. His trial experience consists of a varietyof cases including DUI's, petty theft and grand theft cases, cases of violence and sexual offenses, public order cases and domestic violence matters. He has also participated in both complex fraud and homicide cases, some of which have received both local and national press coverage.

In addition to being a Solicitor, he has gained his Higher Rights qualification, which enables him to defend not only misdemeanor cases but also felony cases in England. He continues to hold a practicing certificate and active membership with the Law Society of England. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California.
